Our Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the minimum standards expected and required of the suppliers that Todd engages.
Each Todd division in New Zealand (including Todd Energy, Nova Energy and Todd Capital) is responsible for implementing this code within their procurement and contract management activities, including incorporating it in new contracts, contract renewals and tender documents.
