In 2019, Todd Property Group completed the sale of the majority of its land and development assets to NZ PropCo Limited, a New Zealand-based investment entity owned by Templeton Group, Alvarium Investments and Tailorspace Limited. Todd Property will now focus its attention on its residual business including the sale of the Long Bay Apartments, the sale of sections at The Reserve, and completion and leasing of Ormiston Town Centre.
