Babu is CEO of Nova Energy and leads Todd’s wholesale and retail gas, electricity, solar businesses and subsidiaries.

Babu joined Todd Energy in 1999 as a Business Analyst and played a major role in developing and managing Todd’s electricity business from its infancy.  Previously, he held the position of Group Manager Electricity from 2006 until 2011 when he was appointed Vice President Downstream Energy. In 2022 he moved into his current role.

Before joining Todd, Babu spent nine years at Transpower NZ in a wide range of roles, including planning, development, design, operations and new investments.

Mark is CEO of Todd Energy, which includes Todd Energy New Zealand and Todd Energy Canada.

Mark worked for Australian oil and gas production company Santos for over 14 years where he held a range of management and executive roles in multiple locations, and for ExxonMobil in Victoria and Malaysia for a decade.

Before joining Todd Energy, Mark was Chief Operating Officer for Tullow Oil out of London, where he was responsible for HSE, exploration, operated and non-operated businesses, and commercial activities.

Neil is Group CFO and Services, responsible for helping shape Todd’s portfolio strategies and major investment decisions, along with overseeing those functions responsible for financial and risk management.

Neil’s career at Todd spans two decades. He has held accounting and investment management responsibilities with the Corporation and Todd Family Office. In 2010 he was appointed Chief Executive of the Family Office, where he was responsible for establishing the strategy and operation of the business, including the development of the Family Adviser structure and investment offerings. In 2017, Neil rejoined Todd Corporation as Group Manager Strategy and Planning.

Before joining Todd, Neil held finance management roles in the dairy and financial services sectors. Neil is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Directors. 

As Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, Amy is responsible for Todd’s corporate narrative and overseeing the functions that shape the company’s reputation, stakeholder relationships and strategic communications.

Amy joined Todd in 2019 to provide external relations and marketing communications support to Todd Property Group, before moving to a Group role in 2022.

Before joining Todd, Amy provided strategic communications advice, crisis and issues planning and press office support to private and public businesses as an Associate Director of corporate affairs consultancy, Sherson Willis. 

As Chief People and Culture Officer, Annika is responsible for developing and delivering Todd’s People Strategy.

Annika has dedicated much of her career to building leadership talent at CEO, C-suite and Board level across various sectors including the energy sector. She has experience in strategy, talent acquisition, organisational structure, culture and transformation.

Annika joined Todd in 2024, and has held prior roles as General Manager, People and Culture at Contact Energy, and as New Zealand Managing Partner of the international consulting firm Korn Ferry, responsible for founding its New Zealand offices.

Annika established Kopuwai Delta Vineyard in Central Otago in 2002, and is an Independent Director of Craigmore Sustainables, a group of funds that invests in farming, horticulture, and forestry. 

Mark joined Todd as Group General Counsel in 2023. He is an experienced corporate lawyer and provides guidance on all legal matters, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and supporting the strategic decision-making of the Group.

Before joining Todd, Mark was General Manager Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Legal Services and General Counsel for Westpac New Zealand.  He has worked in teams that managed climate change impacts and produced financial products, and has led government and regulatory relations.

Prior to joining Westpac, Mark held several senior legal positions, including as Managing Partner of Minter Ellison Rudd Watts.

Mark is an independent director of Generate KiwiSaver and several privately held companies and trusts.
